This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of St John’s Uniting Netball Club.
This meeting will be held via zoom (https://unimelb.zoom.us/j/84698322091?pwd=RlFuVHBJVUo4WmJha2lQaXZHSU0rdz09&from=addon
PW 549142) on Monday 18 October 2021 at 7.30pm.

Attached is the notice for this meeting. At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
• find out about the club’s operations and finances;
• ask questions about the operations and finances ;
• speak about any items on the agenda ; and
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
• accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting in 2020;
• accept the Annual Financial Statements; and
• elect the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Communications Officer and General Committee members .
We are seeking a new Treasurer, someone to share the Secretary role, a Digital Office and Web Coordinator
